Frenchies are a variation on the good old pull up and are great for building strength.
How to Frenchie…
1 – One full pullup
2 – Pull up as high as you can and hold it
3- Lower down full arms length then pull up as high as you can, lower to 45° and hold it
4 – Lower down full arms lenth then pull up as high as you can, lower to 90° and hold it
5 – Lower down full arms lenth then pull up as high as you can, lower to 140° and hold it
6 – Lower down full arms lenth then one final full pull up to finish
